4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.


5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Contact us immediately at info@sanbuk.art for assistance.


6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

7. How long does shipping take?

  • UAE Warehouse Items: 3-7 business days.

  • Non-UAE Warehouse Items: 7-30 business days.

  • Pre-Order/Custom Items: 45-60 days.

8. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over AED 300 within the UAE.


9. What if my order is delayed?

We offer a 48-hour return window from the time of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
