Shipping Within the UAE
Free Shipping: On orders over AED 300.
Shipping Fee: AED 20 for orders under AED 300.
International Shipping
Costs: Vary based on weight. For items not listed for international shipping, contact us for a specific quote.
Delivery Timeframes
UAE Warehouse Items: 7-10 business days (added to the shipping time mentioned on the product page).
Non-UAE Warehouse Items: 7-14 business days (added to the shipping time mentioned on the product page).
Pre-Order/Custom Items: 45-60 days.
Important Notes
Delays due to weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other uncontrollable circumstances are not the responsibility of Sanbuk.art or its carriers.
We only ship to valid street addresses (no P.O. Boxes).
Services and products are not provided to countries under OFAC sanctions, in compliance with UAE law.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies. We recommend saving or printing a copy for reference.
Return Policy
We offer a 48-hour return window from the time of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be in the same condition as received.
Remain undamaged, unmarked, unassembled, and unused.
Be returned in the original packaging, including all packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, etc.).
Proof of purchase from Sanbuk.art is required.
How to Request a Return

2. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
After delivery inspection, Sanbuk.art is not responsible for damages or defects, and such items are ineligible for returns.
Non-Returnable Items

To exchange an item:
Return the original item.
Place a new order after your return is accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-21 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for safe return shipping. Lost returns are not the responsibility of Sanbuk.art.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.
Commissioned Artworks
All sales of commissioned artworks are final and non-refundable.
We encourage customers to thoroughly review and discuss requirements before commissioning to ensure satisfaction.
